If you’re having issues with your donation form not passing through the correct donation amounts to Classy, you’re likely experiencing an issue relating to Classy’s “Participate in Optimization” feature. Watch the video & review the details below
- Go to your Classy Dashboard and select the donation form in question
- Select “No” for “participate in optimization” settings
- Select “update/save”
- Done!
