Troubleshooting ClassyPress: Donation amounts not passing through to Classy and how to resolve the issue

If you’re having issues with your donation form not passing through the correct donation amounts to Classy, you’re likely experiencing an issue relating to Classy’s “Participate in Optimization” feature. Watch the video & review the details below

  1. Go to your Classy Dashboard and select the donation form in question
  2. Select “No” for “participate in optimization” settings
  3. Select “update/save”
  4. Done!
